Mucho ojo, que no te engañen.

La verdad, no recomiendo para nada este hotel, el trato de su personal es nefasto, sobré todo el de una señorita que está por las mañanas en recepción, no hay agua caliente, el aire acondicionado, jamás funcionó, el agua del sanitario salía por todos lados, el hotel en general está muy mal.

Hotel muy cercano a playa papagayo

Mi estancia en el hotel no fue del todo lo mejor, ya que las toallas no son buenas, no hay regalos de cortesía como agua o dulces, jamas me ofrecieron algún refrigerio, ni servicio de BAR o Restaurante, el hotel es viejo y no estaría mal invertir en su remodelacion ya que es un hotel histórico en acapulco. no hay teléfono en la habitación que me toco, (303 ) y ademas las televisiones son horribles la imagen es muy deficiente. seria muy bueno que se le invirtiera un poco de dinero a este hotel que cuenta con muy buena ubicación.

Decepcionante...

Vine hace 7 años y era un buen hotel, me quedé con un buen sabor de boca en ese entonces, hoy en día es un hotel que se ve en ruinas, inseguro, por los 1,100 por noche que cuesta en expedia. El elevador no abre bien y no sirve el sensor, solo funciona 1 de los 2, no te dan toallas, el aire acondicionado gotea. La TV no funciona si no te traen el decodificador. Es una franca decepción, ojala de verdad piensen los dueños en invertir porque si no, va a una quiebra segura!! Tienen todo para ser LA OPCIÓN de playa papagayo.

Hotel ECONOMICO = Viejo en Acapulco

Es barato el Hotel, por ello no significa que tenga que llegar a un hotel 5 estrellas gran resort, pero si estan muy viejas y descuidas las instalaciones, hay poco personal para atender todas las actividades del hotel. No es recomendable de plano por el precio.

Les falta limpieza y mantenimiento

La alberca estuvo siempre sucia, a pesar de que pensaba que la iban a limpiar, pero no fue así, a la habitación le falta mantenimiento y sobre todo limpieza, que laven bien las paredes del baño, que sacudan bien las paredes ya que hay telarañas y el clóset esta lleno de polvo y mugre.

HOTEL QUE SUS MEJORES AÑOS PASARON HACE MUCHO. AIRE ACONDICIONADO QUE INUNDA LA HABITACIÓN, REGADERA DESCOMPUESTA, CHORREA TODO EL DÍA, NO HUBO TOALLAS NI JABÓN NI SHAMPOO. HOTEL SUCIO, DESCUIDADO. Instalaciones terribles, personal majadero y mal educado ademas de prepotente, con decirles que ni toallas me dejaron en la habitación, lo unico bueno es la alberca que esta limpia, y me robaron mis tennis en la recepción, horrible no volvería ni gratis, es como si fuera un bungalow pero caro

Hotel Auto Hotel Ritz Acapulco.

The hotel is old and in very bad shape. The rooms are very noisy due they are in front of a very transited street and surrounded by noisy bars. In my room the air conditioning did not work. the hotel is at one block from the beach but I recomend you to look for other options. Very expensive for what they offer.
