we paid for 2 rooms through shipping and at the reception they wanted to give us only one room. They said that Expedia paid them only one room. They kept us for 3 hours, until 12PM at the reception!the air conditioning in the rooms was broken and it was very cold! I had no hot water! so I paid for 2 cold rooms, without water, and in which I could only stay for 6 hours. Very disappointed!!!!

It's HOT outside, so what to Do?
The Hotel wasn't able to find and verify the booking right away. Even after providing a confirmation number, the reception was able to complete the check-in process more than 30 minutes. The room was okay. No ashtrays, No towels, 1 Cup to make Coffee or Tea, but the kettle needs to be requested. Room service is poor. I have stayed for 3 nights, but I still have to call the reception to follow-up with requests. The bathroom ceiling was leaking aswell.

BAD HOTEL SERVICES
First of all the customer service representative said that there is no available room to anyone then after i insist to get the room he accepted although he didn't make any search on his computer , another guest was complaining at the same time that his room was very dirty , i found no good services there even when you need any drink or food the customer service representative said only one word NO NO NO

Need rennovation of the rooms
The building was nice but the rooms were old and damp all vintage furnitures the breakfast was awful and the staff was also not friendly.

Had to ask for extra towels since there were 2 of us & only one bath towels. The curtains were dirty. Ask for an extra light 3 times, even though it was written in my remarks before I came to the hotel. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Not coming back to this hotel. They don’t care for their visitors.

أجواء سيئة للغايه السرير غير مريح شكل الغرف سيئة لكن الإستقبال جيد من قبل موظف الإستقبال بالنسبة للغرف لم يكن هناك مناشفبعد الإستحمام هناك شامبوا للجسم ولم يكن هناك شامبو للرأس و لوشن للجسم

Dårlig opplevelse!
Dårlig opplevelse. Resepsjonistene forsøkte å lure oss til å betale på nytt for både ekstraseng og frokost, selv om vi hadde fått garanti fra Hotels.com om at alt var betalt. Hybelkaninene fløt på rommet som bar tydelig preg av hardt bruk og dårlig vedlikehold. Møblene var skitne, wi-fien kom og gikk, heisen knirket og frokosten var en vits. Et VELDIG stusselig bord med kalde speilegg og poteter, og tørre loffskiver. Det var hele frokosten. Vi hadde også gledet oss til treningsrom og basseng, men med den ene skuffelsen etter den andre begynte vi å forstå at det hang i en tynn tråd. Selvfølgelig var både basseng og treningsrommet under oppussing... Når det gjelder parkering ble vi vist ned i kjelleren, men dagen etter hadde vi fått bot. Her måtte man tydeligvis registrere sitt UAE telefonnummer for å få betalt, men det glemte resepsjonisten å informere om.

Ei toista kertaa tähän hotelliin!
Epäsiistiä, kosteusvaurioita huoneessa. Aamupala niukka, kaikki kylmää (myös paistetut kananmunat, paistetut perunat olivat kylmiä...). Kahvia ei ollut yhtenä aamuna ollenkaan, syyksi kerrottiin, että kokki ei ole töissä...)
