  • Summary:

    Hand crafted in the mid 1930 from discarded telephone poles this cabin is most unique. The interior walls are the original knotty pine but the bath fixtures have been replaced with a modern legged soaking tub and granite topped vanity. Rest comfortably on a sealy pillow top queen sized mattress and enjoy your favorite programs on the smart tv. Refrigerator and microwave are available along with keurig coffee..

    Papaw’s Cabin is located one block west of the Abilene Civic Center in historic downtown Abilene..



    Guest Access:

    This is a separate building with a private entrance and covered parking off the alley. The patio area is shared with The Webb House..
