Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, The Thirteenth House features four beautifully appointed bedrooms with TVs in each room, two full bathrooms, an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a private backyard.

We understand that every group is different, so we offer customizable sleeping arrangements. If needed, we'll replace select queen beds with two twin beds prior to your stay, creating the layout that works best for your family, friends, coworkers, or team.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. Guests have full use of all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, laundry room, and private backyard.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV for added comfort and convenience.
