Hi Julie - Anne we are sorry that your stay was not good that is not what we look to provide we haven't had any complaints about the bed before it has been suggested about table lamps which we will look to do in future but the spotlights are on 2 switches of which there is only one above the bed with a switch by the side. The road is sometimes busy and if you have both outer windows and secondary glazing closed which all work because we have to because of ventilation for precautions you would find very good sound proofing and the 2ft thick solid walls also add to the sound proofing. The TV does have limited channels on Freeview which i think is about 88 so i am sorry there was nothing to suit you i understand there were some issues with the TV signal as we were having some very heavy shower storms for which we supplied you with a complimentary Breakfast as this was the only thing that you had complained to us about i am sorry that you felt we deserved such a low score and i am sure we will make sure it does not happen again Regards Mike
