This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is set in a tranquil location close to Aberdeen city centre and a five minute drive to the airport.

It enjoys the peace of a country location with river and valley views from its private balcony while being close enough to explore the stunning city of Aberdeen.

The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, set within a private, gated community with concierge and on-site secure parking. It can easily accommodate up to four guests.

It is entered via a wide hallway with on-trend wooden floors and is furnished to a high standard of contemporary, interior decor. There are wonderful views of the communal gardens from the bedrooms and lounge.

There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a wall of sleek, integrated wardrobes. It has the added benefit of a large desk perfect for home working.

The second bedroom also has a large, double built-in wardrobe and the use of a family bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The open-plan living area features a lounge which includes a smart TV and comfortable sofas. There is a small dining space and the kitchen has all modern conveniences including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. There is also free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is situated in the small suburb of Dyce on the River Don, six miles to the west of Aberdeen city centre and about one mile from Aberdeen airport. It is ideal for business travellers or those seeking peace and quiet, with nature trails, hills and forests within easy reach. Direct train services to Aberdeen City Centre run from Dyce Train Station, located near the airport. It is a small com-munity with a few local shops including an Asda supermarket. Aberdeen is a good contrast with its vibrant, creative buzz, proximity to the coastline and plenty of good restaurants.
