Fully remodeled in 2024, this stunning riverside home blends modern elegance with convenience and the tranquility of waterfront living. It's only 15 mins off I-95 & 10 mins from Hwy 40 or the Amtrak Aberdeen station (rideshares are available at the train station), 20 min to Ripken Stadium or Havre De Grace, and less than 1.5 hours from DC, Philly, Baltimore, Northern Virginia, DE, and central Maryland. With an open-concept floor plan, the entire riverside of the house is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bringing in uninterrupted views of the mile-wide Bush River. Inside, the gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and double islands, with a powder room just steps away. The spacious living room offers sweeping water views through floor-to-ceiling windows. This home accommodates up to seven overnight guests. It's perfect for comfortable stays and easy unwinding while taking in the beautiful river view. The 1st-floor primary suite features its own laundry, an en-suite bath and walk-in closet, and floor-to-ceiling double glass sliders that open to a spacious wraparound screened-in porch running along the riverside of the home, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the breeze while taking in serene views of the river and flower garden. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one with river view). The second floor also has a shared full bath (bathtub and shower) and a laundry room. This home has two independent HVAC systems for optimal climate control and comfort. One thermostat, located on the back wall of the 1st-floor living room, regulates temperature exclusively for that area. The other thermostat, positioned on the wall facing the fireplace, controls the climate for rest of the home. If you prefer home cooking, there are ample options for grocery shopping: a large Walmart supercenter, Lidl, and ALDI are all just 10 minutes away, a ShopRite is 15 min away, and Wegmans is only a 20-minute drive. In addition, a gas station is a quick 9 min drive. If you need quick medical care, the University of Maryland Urgent Care in Aberdeen is 6 miles away. For more serious medical needs, the new University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center–Aberdeen (opened February 6, 2024) is 8 miles away. It's open 24/7 and features a full-service Emergency Department and is certified as acute-stroke ready. This home provides direct water access—perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboards, or simply unwinding with your favorite float. (Please note: watercraft and fishing equipment are not provided. Guests intending to fish are responsible for securing all necessary licenses prior to arrival) . For your safety, please exercise caution when using the water access area, as surfaces may become slippery. Use of the water and water access is entirely at your own risk. A water hose is available inside the screened-in porch for rinsing off sand or dirt. Please rinse your wet or sandy feet before entering the home. Please note that the piers and boats on both sides of the property belong to our neighbors. Guests are not permitted to use these piers. The propane BBQ grill on the deck is provided as a courtesy for registered guests only. Guests are responsible for supplying their own grilling essentials, cleaning the grill after use, and returning any utensils to the resin box next to the grill. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the grill is not properly maintained. While we strive to keep the propane tank full, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it if empty. (A Walmart with propane exchange service is located approximately 10 minutes away.) For security, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door and another Ring doorbell camera is at the screened-in porch door facing the waterfront. Parties are strictly prohibited.
