"Our 'superior' double room had a rusty cracked sink, stains on the carpet, bedframe and walls. There were hairs from previous guests by the toilet. And a dirty old ironing board hanging outside the wardrobe was the centrepiece of the room. Our expensive breakfast had no other fruit apart from melon. ..."

"Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area."
