Located at the entrance of Abbadia Lariana, this panoramic apartment enjoys a strategic position and offers a wonderful view of Lake Como, stretching all the way to the bay of Lecco. Its proximity to the lakeside promenade and the village’s charming beaches makes it perfect for those who wish to fully experience the beauty of the coast. It is also just a few meters from the end of the first stage of the Sentiero del Viandante, the ancient trail that connects Lecco to Abbadia Lariana and continues in three more stages all the way to Colico.  
The accommodation is located on the second and top floor of a small building, with access through the shared courtyard where the private garage is also available. The apartment is a spacious studio with well-organized spaces: a living area with a sofa bed, a single bed (with an additional pull-out bed), dining table, flat-screen TV, and access to the lake-view terrace; a separate fully equipped kitchenette; and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hairdryer.  
The spaces have been designed to ensure maximum comfort: quality mattresses, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and utensils. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, drying rack, and private garage.  
At your arrival, the home will be ready with bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as a welcome kit including oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee pods, washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.
