It is right in the middle of town with a 7-11 across the street, on-site parking, and multiple restaurant options within walking distance. The service was very good with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The bed was small (a full size not a queen), but comfortable. The air conditioner did not work. The room was exceptionally small. The main problem is the area around JR Abashiri and the hotel. Before 11am and b/w 1430-1700hrs, you could not find any cafes /restaurants for breakfast, tea break and early bird dinner. It is not recommended for whom travelling by JR train/ intercity bus, without self-driving.
