I arrived late evening this particular visit, and the gentlemen assisted me with a query with great haste despite being out of working hours and late in the evening. The 24 check- in booth is very convenient and concise, if you need that quick and easy check in...its hassle free. The rooms themselves are always very clean and spacious. The best thing about staying here, is the fact how quiet it is. Das erste Zimmer , das ich bekam war bereits belegt.Die Rezeption ist sehr klein und hatte kein Schutzschild. Die Mitarbeiterin für den Zimmer-Service hatte keine Maske keine Handschuhe. Other than that, the hotel was much better on the inside than I though when I saw the outside, and the staff was very helpful and friendly (even if they do not speak english).
