"We had a wonderful stay, and it was conveniently located near the San Diego Zoo and downtown San Diego! My only minor complaint would be going up the parking structure!"

"They didn’t clean my room, didn’t change towels neither made the bed. I left the room at 9 am and came back at 9 pm and the room was open and dirty and when I call guest services they were really rude and very unhelpful. The stay was really unpleasant. The sofa bed is very old. I won’t stay at this property again."
