"It is my regular hotel when staying in Jakarta for business (office very close), and it offers the necessities and very good value for money. A few things I would appreciate are 1) bed - a bit too hard for my taste (I am European and the bed is more aligned with Asian taste, i.e. harder 2) a bit better / healthier selection of breakfast - especially the hot items and bread. "

"The exterior of the building and its designs are nice with a pool for guests to enjoy. However, the bathroom was not clean, which is why I was rather disappointed for the price I paid. Other than that, room condition was decent considering the price point."

"There is no water heater in the unit. And having to use the travelio appnyways was a major pain.
The actual staff at the tower was great. Travelio staff needs some work.
Also they do not tell you that internet is a separate fee that is limited to 2gbs for the whole trip. And you have to pay a deposit. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at Teduh Simatupang. The hygiene standards were far below expectations. The bed had visible stains, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Even worse, I noticed signs of a rat infestation in and around the property—something that should never happen in any living space. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless major improvements in cleanliness and pest control are made.
