"We were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the house - beautiful rooms, well equipped and very clean. The garden was amazing with shady sitting places, a stream and an old mill. You could walk along the stream to the nearby town with supermarkets and other shops. The house is close to sandy beaches (15 km) which were wonderful with few people. The landscape of the region is stunning and we had fun exploring the lighthouses, fishing villages and walking the coastal path. We'd like to...

"We really appreciated the warm welcome, the perfectly clean, well-equipped and comfortable house. The garden was spacious and would be perfect for anyone with small children. Off the beaten tourist track, but with easy access to pretty beaches and great restaurants with local food. Would love to return there."

Plently of beaches closeby ( nearest is only about 1 mile away). Car is necessary as there is only a small shop closeby and supermarket is in the town about 3-4 miles away. "The home was beautiful and confortable. Fran was bery nice and brought his daughter to help with English. The only drawback was location. It was not convenient to Santiago because getting a taxi was hard. Taxis from Santiago woild not come to us and were not familiar with the address. Fran helped order a local taxi for us. It was easier once we had a car. If you are doing the Camino stay in Santiago downtown. If you want a peaceful country setting, this home is good."
