Gated estate of 16,000 m2 with fruit trees, green meadows, gardens and ponds, ideal for sunbathing and shade also entitled to enjoy another farm of the same features in front of the beach to laugh (Barrañán, Cayón, Arteixo). Opened in 2011, ready for release. The house is strategically located, five minutes from the beaches of Barrañán, Conbouzas (nude beach), Valcobo, Alva and other beach, beaches to reach the city Herculina (only 15 minutes from the house) where you can enjoy so many beaches. Also, on the other side, just five minutes the Costa da Morte, where you can start your tour of the beaches and ports of Cayon, Malpica, Laxe, Muxia, Camariñas up to Finisterre (Land\`s End) from where you can appreciate the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean in all its glory. La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila y agradable. Tanto Carmen como su madre amables y dispuestas a ayudar y aconsejar dónde comer, qué visitar, etc. Sin embargo, nuestra puntuación no puede superar a dos estrellas básicamente por el tema de la limpieza e higiene de las instalaciones. Al llegar nos encontramos la cocina en un estado que dejaba mucho que desear... No esperábamos ningún lujo, pero una estancia limpia y más en los tiempos cuando la higiene es un requisito imprescindible para brindar unas vacaciones en condiciones. Le comunicamos a la proprietária el estado de la cocina y se ofreció a volver a limpiarla el mismo dia, pero eso no cambia el hecho de que la limpieza es fundamental, con lo cual nos hemos quedado con un disgusto desde el primer día. Lo peor de la experiencia fue la presencia de las cucarachas en casa! Se supone que es “normal” en casas del campo en verano, pero sabiendo que “suelen aparecen en las piedras del salón” los proprietários deberían haber puesto las trampas anti cucarachas por toda la casa antes de que llegáramos o directamente desinfectar la casa con unos profesionales que con un simple tratamiento acaban con este tipo de plagas.... Nuestra experiencia no fue muy recomendable pero con pocos recursos seguro que se puede mejorar y no tener que pasar por momentos desagradables. ##### mario b. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 4/10 Poor #### Partí 9 Dec 2014 #### Estancia en casa Veiga Bueno, pasamos dos noches en el puente de diciembre, la casa es pequeña pero suficiente, se echa de menos un sofá en la zona de la supuesta cocina americana y también un acumulador de agua caliente para los seis usuarios que puede acoger, en nuestro caso el segundo ya tuvo que terminar la ducha con agua fría pero lo peor fue que cuando llegamos a la casa estaba congelada con los únicos dos radiadores eléctricos apagados. Cuando pusimos este hecho en conocimiento de la propietaria y le hicimos saber que con tres niños pequeños,( ya lo sabia cuando reservamos) no deseábamos quedarnos en la casa a lo cual contesto GRITANDO que no nos devolvería el dinero del alquiler y que en la aldea se pasaba frío, ¿a dónde creíamos que íbamos?, ante el estupor inicial, finalmente accedió a traer dos radiadores más , aunque estuvo saltando la luz todo el fin de semana. Mencionar también que las puertas de la casa tienen unas rendijas de unos 3 o 4 cm por los que entra un frío terrible y que la carretera pasa elevada por el lado de la casa y de noche se escucha muchísimo. La casa no dispone de los servicios que hace referencia como barbacoa, columpios, piscina y demás ya que no está próxima a la otra casa sino sola. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar ya que no pasan apenas coches por la carretera, no hay ruidos y las contraventanas cierran de forma que se queda todo totalmente oscuro. (Muy útil para que la luz no te despierte por las mañanas) Ademas la casa tiene una gran finca ideal para realizar actividades de grupo al aire libre. Equipamiento: Todo estaba nuevo, cocina, electrodomésticos baños. Si es cierto que el agua caliente tarda unos minutos en salir pero es cuestión de un poco de paciencia.
