Chambre très propre et petit-déjeuner était excellent. J’ai particulierement apprécié les 3 sortes de jus frais pressés et la machine permettant de se faire soi-même les oeufs à la coq. Idéalement situé dans le centre permettant de visiter le quartier historique.
Le parking à quelques pas est suffisamment spacieux et est très propre

Beautiful old hotel with an amazing history of guest including Napoleon.
Maintained to a high standard. Nice breakfast and even better evening meal in the main restaurant. You need to book dinner as they do not have many tables.
The staff were amazingly helpful and polite. A great stay and perfect location for site seeing the Avignon.

A great location, just a few minutes walk from the station, with all the restaurants and sites within easy walking distance, yet it is quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious with a really comfortable bed, nice bed linen and high ceilings. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, whilst others let the team down (e.g. not clearing tables to make space at breakfast) The hotel would benefit from having a bar and the QR code system for ordering drinks is slow - we waited 45 minutes for a drink by the pool.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy with prompt responses. Front desk staff were always available, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on our bed was a little soft, so our room cleaner got an extra layer to put on the mattress which helped.
We had 2 breakfasts at the hotel - there were 2 options: full buffet breakfast for one price or limited breakfast with charges of 3 Euros per item.
We did not take advantage of the Spa services; as Canadian travellers, we spent our time exploring Aix-en-Provence.
Highly recommended.
