They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. "Excellent séjour! Accueil au top, convivial et chaleureux ! Marine est adorable ! On se sent comme à la maison. Plusieurs espaces de détente cocooning. Chambre décorée avec soin, propreté impeccable. Jacuzzi avec vue sur le massif du mont blanc et sauna disponibles tout le temps. Un petit déjeuner complet préparé avec soin. Produits locaux et belle découverte gustative. Je recommande à 100%."

"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and...

"Extremely nice staff, well positioned, although it's clear that it needed to open immediately although unfinished: Our terrace was a combination of rockwool isolation and water falling down, the garage is filled with rocks and construction dust, the immediate surrounding is filled with dangerous constructies debries like screws and razorsharp tile cuttings. Even next to the outside doors of the pool area. Prices should be lowered until construction is finished"
