Anyone visiting Rochester should stay at this hotel. From the time I walked through the front door I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff. I was lucky enough to arrive on a Wednesday when they have their social evening with a BBQ and a couple of free beers. The manager herself and her assistant made themselves available and welcomed the guests. The hotel itself is kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and self service laundry was very easy to use. Strange odour in the hallway, but room was clean.
