We needed to stay longer for businness due to unexpected circumstances and the front desk management staff was able to go out of their way to convenience us with a longer stay at their hotel. "The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way...

"Very noisy, from outside noise and from the rooms nearby. The toilet wasn't working very well, it didn't drain correctly. Also it was very humid, no ventilation, I almost slipped because the floor was so moist."
