The onsite restaurant and bar were excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s location is not particularly walkable; however, transportation by car was easy and readily available. The room itself left something to be desired, particularly the bathroom. We experienced multiple issues with the toilet, even after maintenance attempted to resolve the problem. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the ongoing bathroom issues were disappointing and detracted from the experience.

Still Being Well Maintained

I have been staying here since before the pandemic and they continue to maintain the property in good shape. This is the best hotel in Trujillo in my opinion. Great pool and grounds. Only complaint is the retaurant food, service and the breakfast not as good as before the pandemic. Still a great place to stay in a residential safe quiet area.
