"Hello, I recently stayed at Hotel Tourreg and overall I truly enjoyed my time there. However, I do need to share a concern regarding the dining room. During my meals, I noticed a large number of flies on the tables and even on the food itself. I personally had to remove many flies from my meals, which was very unpleasant. I also spoke with a few employees about this issue, but the response I received was that it is “normal” to have flies around the food. I understand that insects can sometimes be difficult to control, but I believe more effort could be made to maintain hygiene in the dining area.
