"Everything about this hotel was perfect, starting with staff - at front desk, concierge, restaurant, valet - everyone was super nice and helpful. Room itself was lovely with a beautiful view and housekeeping did a great job every day. Location couldn’t be better. Absolutely loved our stay there."

"We have been fortunate to travel in many international locations but this was, by far, the best staff we have ever encountered. Yes, the hotel is amazing: It's brand new. It has a wonderful view and easy access to all of Cortina. All of the facilities -- including the spa -- are first rate. The room has everything a modern high-end hotel supports (including black out roller shades).
But it was the staff. Yes, they were friendly and helpful but it was much more. Everyone quickly learned...
