"We had an amazing stay! We were two couples travellking together for the formula one and had joining rooms with views over the track. The rooms were newly renovated and were very comfortable. The service was amazing and they provided us with free pickup from the airport since there were road closures that weeekend due to the hotels proximity to the track. "Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!"

"I am an Israeli traveler who was visiting Azerbaijan and unfortunately lost my passport. After thinking it through, I realized that it was left with a taxi driver I had ordered. I tried calling the driver several times, but since my number was Israeli, he did not answer. The shift manager immediately came to help, made the call himself, and handled the entire situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his help, my passport was safely returned to me. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and kindness. Outstanding service and support in a very stressful situation. Highly appreciated!"
