"This was a beautiful place to stay. The only issue I ran into was it looked as F the room had not been cleaned properly before I checked in, but they immediately took care of it and re-cleaned the whole entire room"

"The staff were very nice. They actually had conversations with the guest and were welcoming. The breakfast in the restaurant was horrible. I had chicken and waffles with gravy. It was nasty. The coffee was overpriced $5 for a cup of black coffee is ridiculous. The hotel's coffee machine was down and I refused to purchase coffee in the restaurant. I walked a mile to the convention center to get free coffee there. I'd definitely go back but I'd avoid their restaurant. They look like an older hotel that attempted to update itself. The rooms are small and more attention to detail needs to be paid with the pillowcases and sheets. "

The card reader on our door battery stopped working and they couldn’t find any working walkie talkies to get someone from security to open the door for us. I needed to fill my insulin pump and we couldn’t even eat not access our room. No apologies or anything. The place was a zoo and was packed all time and there were huge lineups! We will not be returning to this hotel ever!"
