"Cleanliness was good and room was spacious and generally well equipped (although basic toilet amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush have to be requested from the counter). While there were minimal parking space available within the hotel, there are plenty of affordable parking near the hotel that feels relatively safe since it is near UWA. Generally convenient with a short car ride to the city centre that has plenty of food and groceries options. "

"Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. We especially appreciated the kitchen facilities and condiments available. Location was great with so much within walking distance. We would definitely recommend."

"Very spacious and welcoming with courtesy supplies. Very comfortable beds. Great location. However only superficially magnificent and surroundings were neglected. We were given inconsistent information (e.g. check out time). The owner broke our verbal contract (email agreement for our booking) by subsequently raising the agreed amount to be paid in cash on arrival - not legal under the Fair Trading Act and Australian Consumer Law."
