"Great sized space for 2 to 3 people. Absolutely gorgeous view and each bedroom has its own slider to just walk out on. Plenty of air conditioning to escape the humidity. The view comes at a cost though.. the hill is very steep and taxis are expensive so I suggest renting a car. The restaurants at the bottom of the hill are fantastic for all types of meals. Grocery shop at Moe's down the hill to grill out on the deck. The ferry to St. John is right across from you and to see the beautiful beaches...

"We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and...

"The home and the view were beautiful. The house was described as being fully air conditioned. There were Nest thermostats in the two bedrooms and downstairs. Unfortunately they were programmed to go up in temperature throughout the day and at night. We were able to adjust the temperature but the pre programming would cause the temperature to increase again. This was a challenge for my elderly parents who tried not to go up and the steps too often. My poor father would go upstairs to take a nap...
