"The home and the view were beautiful. The house was described as being fully air conditioned. There were Nest thermostats in the two bedrooms and downstairs. Unfortunately they were programmed to go up in temperature throughout the day and at night. We were able to adjust the temperature but the pre programming would cause the temperature to increase again. This was a challenge for my elderly parents who tried not to go up and the steps too often. My poor father would go upstairs to take a nap...

"They could get rid of a lot of junk around the grounds, beautiful place but cut the grass, throw crap away by pool. Fix fence around pool, not even attached in places and someone could die falling over. Neat old place but hardly secure, two hundred year old doors and locks. Sketchy area."
