First of all, OYO said they have no reservation. I showed the confirmation. Still they denied. I waited nearly 1 hour and 30 mts. They tried to call OYO, still they denied they don't have any reservation. It was one of the busiest weekend , because of election, G Good Friday and long weekend. I could not find an alternate hotel. Further both Expedia and Oyo did not tell the place is 49 km from kodaikanal . I had really very anxious time and my wife is upset and hysterical. I had to spend a huge amount to find a place and the hotels wanted cash. they wont give a receipt. i wanted to come and complain to you. but you sent me the mail asking my opinion. I think both Expedia and OYO did not tell, when i searched for hotels, the place is at the foothills and 49 Km away from kodiakanal. the OyO denied they had my reservation. I did not have any number to call neither you nor OYO HQ. I want to be compensated for the mess and i would like to dee your response to my complaint. you should also take action against OYO for denying the reservation Further the place you booked is retirement place and not a hotel.
