"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. "Hôtel non accueillant à fuire. Sa position est difficile d'accès, le personnel est pathétique, n'a aucun sens de la communication et le réceptionniste est désagréable, la piscine n'est pas propre. J'ai réalisé une réservation pour deux chambres ( 1 semaine en avance ) mais arrivée sur place on me dit qu'ils n'ont qu'une chambre pour nous ce qui me laisse sans endroit pour dormir ce soir avec ma famille et mes nouveaux nés.
