Hotel Casa Palopó - Relais & Chateaux

"We stayed in August and it was hot, we had a room with air condition. It was very noisy but at least cooled the room. Continental breakfast comes with fruits, bread, butter, jam and a drink, all the rest is extra. The hotel was more isolated and not in any town center. We had a private tour of the towns around the lake and it was very convenient for the boat to dock at the hotel private dock and pick us up and drop us off there."

"The entire Hotel was absolutely beautify, every rooms tells a story they rebuilt a dream out of a convent ruins, we had dinner at the terraza and it was a very nice experience."

"During our stay the air conditioning was not working. Suggest at check in guest should be informed when there are such issues. One of my companions was very unhappy to find no air in the room"

"We stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The property well maintained and looks great. There are NO air conditions in the rooms. The ceiling fans are a bit noisy but other than that, the stay was amazing."
