"The wifi instructions were not handy I had to bother my host at a very late hour upon arriving. The wifi you had to go find the wifi and the find the code on it. Would have been nice to have the code on a welcome note. Also the TV Did not work there was no cable box or anything to connect to. If we were expected to use the tv as is it wasn’t very good at all. "

"Good hotel in a good location in centre of town near to the museum, bus terminal and shopping centre. Staff were super nice and breakfast was great. Given the high price its a little disappointing for what it was. If you're skiing it's not so close to the cable car. You need to take a bus or walk for 30mins up steep hills. Overall a good hotel. But overpriced with some more cleanliness (I presume the room I had was not used for sometime)"

"They have a Roof top restaurant and bar from where we could view the Northern Lights. When we reached the restaurant was full; so we couldn't dine there but they have provided an enclosed area and an open area for those who want to view lights."

"A good hotel, comfortable rooms, fast wifi well laid out restaurant with a good selection for breakfast and evening meal. A bar with drinks to cater for all tastes. A great gym with weights, cardio and mats as well as a pool."

"Breakfast and dinner were included, both simple but enough to satisfy me. A tour group had breakfast and they ate most of the food, staff wasn't quick enough to replenish them. My room was dark, there were at least 5 lamps in the room which I had to turn on most of them. Laundry (washer & dryer) was 50kr total. Free parking weekends only."
