"Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

They were very friendly and quite helpful with all of our many questions. Their driver was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
