Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away.

Eine wahre Freude dort zu gastieren!

Für mich eine der besten Adressen in Lai, wo Preis/Leistung stimmt. Sehr komfortable, renovierte, angenehm grosse, gut ausgerüstete Zimmer, sehr komfortabler Ski/Bike-Raum, schöne Piscina, noch freundlicheres Personal als vor 2 Jahren, gute, bodenständige Küche, grosse Menuauswahl für eine Halbpension, Parking, Shuttle Service zum Bahnhof, zentral, und, und, und. Was will man mehr?

Christian at the front desk delivered superb service. Other front staff also helpful. Location for getting to slopes is great. Also very convenient for walking to the main street of Lenzerheide. Room was nice size for European hotel, bathroom modern and spacious. Breakfast room/dining room good ambiance. Would certainly stay there again.

Eine glückliche Wahl

1 schlecht - 6 Spitze: 5 Sehr gut gelegen, im Zentrum des Dorfes, an der Langlaufskipiste, 10m von gratis Ski Bus, 100m vom Eisfeld. 5 Sehr schönes, komfortables, Zimmer & Bad. 5 Grosser Balkon, gute Aussicht. 6 Der Minibar mit den gratis alkoholfreien Getränken war ein + + + 4 WLAN am Mobile problemlos, auf dem Compi sollte es manuell eingestellt werden – kein Mensch wusste Bescheid, wie es geht 4 Sauberkeit der Zimmer: tägliches Putzen im Eiltempo. 6 Das Frühstück war mehr als reichlich, die Garage ein weiterer Plus. 6 Das Team war sehr höflich, immer hilfsbereit, immer mit einem Lächeln am Gesicht 3 Das Bad roch übel, der Gestank kam vom Ablauf der Dusche. Andro, der Hauswart-Portier-Fahrer-und 1000-Sascha, der Urgestein des Hotels, meinte, es stamme vom 5. Stock – wir waren im 4. Gut zu wissen, aber es half nicht wirklich. 3 Das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich. Nichts mehr. Die servierten Teigwaren waren aufgewärmt. Traurig für ein Hotel, das für sich 4 * beansprucht. 4 Es herrscht Mangel an Angestellten: Sie suchen Personal für fast alle Positionen, von Manager bis Wäscheabteilung. 5 Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar – wir buchten unser Zimmer im Sept 2021. Für diese Preise würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Aufenthalt insgesamt den Sternen entsprechend. Schönes Schwimmbad! Zimmergrösse und Balkon super. Teppichboden nicht mehr zeitgerecht! Ein-/Auschecken mit Luft nach oben - Eincheckende werden um 10:45 Uhr gegenüber Auscheckenden bevorzugt behandelt !!

Es war ein schönes Hotel jedoch sind die Zimmer ein bisschen in dir Jahre gekommen und was mich am meisten störte ist das unser Zimmer extem kalt war. Wir haben nach Reklamation einen Radiator erhalten. Bei diesem Preis und bei 4 Sternen darf das einfach nicht sein in der Schweiz, ist mir noch nie passiert sowas.

Lenzerheide

Hotel de standing moyen, bien situé, balade sympa dans la forêt et autour du lac dîner agréable mais 1 seul ascenseur en période de covid nécessite beaucoup de patience et il faudra changer la machine à café car elle est capricieuse, extrêmement lente et il n’y en a qu’une pour tous les clients du petit-déjeuner, autant le servir à la place.

Zimmer war nett ausgestattet. Frühstück war umfangreich. Bei einem Hotel für 500 CHF/pro Nacht erwarte ich perfekten Service, das hat leider nicht ganz geklappt. Aber es waren alle sehr freundlich.
