If u bring your kids ,is good to choosing this hotel. The pool is clean.

If you can't handle eating in a restaurant with kids running around with balloon swords and disco balls spinning in the elevators while staying alive blares out of speakers in there this place is not for you. But my Family loved the whole experience from my kids building Lego while checking in to them building Lego while I'm checking out. Kingdom Family Room decor is amazing with ample room. My only issue was the master bed was a bit short and my feet were right on the end of it. I suppose I was meant to extend it with building blocks :-) only thing we were disappointed with was walk up to Pool after check in with Daughters to be told closed for duration of our stay would not even let us look at it to see if it was also Lego themed like rest of Hotel.

Had a short getaway for 2 days, checking in is very fast and efficient although the hotel is fully booked. Had a pleasant and relaxing stay with cosy ambience. Hello Kitty Town is right next door & free shuttle to LEGOLAND as well. We tried the seafood buffet, the seafoods were generally not very fresh but the desserts were great!

Warm welcome by staff with sweet smile and friendly approach.check in quite smooth within few mins got my room .room look neat n tidy just nice for short power nap after caught in jammed at check point.Overall i am satisfied with the service provided.

Good stay, quiet area. Walking distance to shopping areas. Good variety of buffet breakfast. Only dissappointed that pool closes at 7pm, closes too early in my opinion.

Conveniently located near KSL mall and other local shops. Not as nice as KSL hotel, but value for money.

Visited the resort in September 2016. It was a really good property with a lot of facilities and amenities. Pros - Rooms are fantastic. One of the best showers in the Bathrooms there. The hotel has a Pool, a Bar, some Restaurants, and a lot of recreation activities like Pool Table, Snooker Table, Table Tennis, Squash, Gym, Bowling Alley, Archery, Tennis, etc. They even have a Golf Club if you are interested in that. The food served in Room Service is really good. Cons - There was no Buffet for Lunch on Saturday and Sunday when we visited. Only available from Monday to Friday. The other A'la Carte Menus were also Strictly OK. The hotel should really rework their food. The service was also not great. The staff there overall lacked courtesy and were not willing to help the Guests. Only minimal help provided.. that too on demand. The breakfast was strictly OK. On our arrival, the concierge did not even come to the car to help us with our bags and neither did they greet us. Check in was smooth but we were not taken up to our room. We were just told the room number and asked to find it ourselves. We were also not briefed about all the facilities in the hotel. Overall, with such a good property on their hands, the Hotel Management Team really need to train their Staff on service levels and probably hire a new Executive Chef and revamp their entire Food Options. And yes.... you should have Buffet Lunch available on weekends too.

My room air con not working . TV not working. Next building shopping mall very empty, almost vacant. Have being staying for past many years , will cont ' to do so. Ave hotel .
