"Upon check in, my request for 2 single beds was accommodated. Staff are very and hardworking. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is just right. Convenient when going shopping or dining as they are a few minutes next door."

"This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops...

"The staff are accommodating. The place is clean. Love the native foods in the breakfast buffet like dilis which I missed. Loved how they cooked the dilis. The Tuyo though ,I think is overcooked or not that fresh? Overall, buffet foods are good though"

"We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day "

The AC in our room is not fully functioning, it’s not able to make the room cold during hot hours even after hours we checked in. Water in our bathroom is muddy. We took a bath with muddy water and just brushed our teeth with mineral water. We were told by the staff that their area are has water problem but we were not informed ahead about this. "
