The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort. "WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

We were able to contact the managers at any time when we needed things, they were helpful with our luggage, calling taxis, getting to the ferry, and answering any questions we had. The villa was clean with perfect views of the beach, which was within walking distance down the hill. We loved every minute and will definitely be back. "
