"We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. "This was one of the most chaotic places I have ever stayed, staff tried hard but where clearly let down by a lack of training and management decisions. If you are not coming by car I would avoid as the "shuttle" service to the town is very hap harazard. It was cancelled on the day of departure with no notice. There was no reception staff at 8am to help with check out and the kitchen staff had to help settle my bill without access to a card machine or the computer system. They did however help...
