"Bathroom sink mostly blocked and drained very slow. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Body wash holder fell off the wall in the shower. Was held on with double sided tape. Whatever cleaning product used on the apartment tiles made them feel slimey and the shower floor like standing on ice. Pool out of order."

"The room was clean, if a little dated. Expected to see some water in the fridge, and maybe some toothpaste provided, but that wasn't the case. Bed was quite comfortable. Niggles - USB charger on the GPO didn't work, reception staff member threw my credit card on the bench instead of handing it back to me (I had handed it to him), and the bedside light turned on and off if you moved in bed - might have a loose connection somewhere. Little bit noisy with other guests banging doors, but which hotel doesn't have this issue?"
