"New establishment. Everything is good and above my expectations except the parking. Even though free under ground parking is available but getting in and out take quite a bit to maneuver without hitting anything. Street parking maybe a Bette option "

"Entering the hotel the care towards heritage and history was clear. The room was large and very comfortable (bed, shower, and space). There was room to have suitcases, and walk without feeling like you were tripping over something. The views from the room, balcony, and dining facility were beautiful. Beakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty. All the staff were smiling and helpful with suggestions and local knowlege. The caring for our stay and comfort was consistent from beginning to end. Would happily stay again!"

"Our room had no balcony, even though in the pictures it seems this room category should have had a balcony. However, it didn’t bother us too much, since we only booked for two nights. The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries. If we will ever travel again to Ioannina we will definitely re-book again at this hotel. "
