"A 4\* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. "The hotel is very new - only 3 month old. The whole staff was very welcoming and made our stay perfect. We used the spa and booked some treatments and can highly recommend to everyone to use the spa of this hotel. The hotel is ideally for your trip to rila monastery but also to the 7 lakes of rila. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to explore everything so I can recommend to take your time in this gorgeous area and enjoy the Bulgarian nature. "
