"I loved everything about this place. I called and asked questions several times before my guest and I arrived. Everytime, the staff was friendly and answered all questions. The room had a nice view as described on their page, and I requested rose petals for the room which were arranged so perfectly! The restaurant across the way had delicious food and great service both times (We had dinner and breakfast before we left). I will definitely be coming back here and recommend the location to anyone I know. Thank you all at the Portofino."

"Front desk staff were great - super helpful. I just didn’t like that a dirty room service tray from previous guests stayed outside my room as I was checking in / and for hours that afternoon. Reminded me someone had just checked out if room I was in and subconsciously made me worry if it was cleaned properly. Which it was. Was very clean. "
