"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Das ťägliche Highlight war für uns das 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend - top Auswahl und Zusammenstellung der einzelnen Zutaten, das schmeckt man. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und frisch. Zu den Anwendungen können wir leider nichts schreiben, da wir diese nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. "The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again."
