Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2\. The bathroom in the standard double room was extremely small and the shower would have been a perfect fit for a motel next to a highway. For a "4 star" hotel was it VERY DISSAPOINTING. 3\. Upon check in did we jot receive any info of where the wellness area in the hotel is or anything about the area. 4\. Dinners were over priced. My and myself went to another 4 star hirel and paid for the 2 of us what our hotel charge pp. 6\. The curtains in the room was in a shocking state, the one were half connected to the rail and the other half were just hanging loose. Quite a problem when the ski pist is floor level and only 50m away from the window. 7\. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpfull. Extremely disappointed in the hotel and am very unhappy about the value for money ratio.
