"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. "

Staff across resorts are very well organized and make it easy for you to access each resort with an all inclusive plan. Only negative I would say about this resort is that the rooms don’t have much storage for clothing and are honestly not what I would expect for paying premium price in the Towers. There is no nightly entertainment (if that is something you enjoy) activities are also hit or miss, depending on if that is your thing. All other aspects are amazing! "

"Major issues with the front desk. To spare the long story, they had very little problem solving ability, and when we only booked one person for the all inclusive )instead of two) instead of charging us what Expedia would have charged us for the “2nd person, about $260 more) they first said it would be $950, then another manager said $950, and then $750 and then $619 and then they finally charged me $609 dollars. I’m so disappointed in that experience. Feels like a hustle and clearly they were not concerned with us coming back. Also, too Was dated, and we awoke to sewer noise coming up through the bathroom drain every morning. Sounded like a Leviathan. Stay at a Marriott - avoid this Sandos hustle. Note: I spoke with them and emailed higher management. I really gave them the opportunity to avoid the negative review. They seem desperate to keep the overcharge. Bummer. "

"We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven). We loved El Cielo, Sal Steak Cave, and breakfast at Sante, the Reserve restaurant. Poolside food menu at the main pool was not very good, would recommend upping the quality there. Overall though, great experience! We’ll be back and would definitely book Reserve again."

"Stayed here Jan 2026, we did not get the All Inclusive plan. It didn’t look worth it in my eyes. Excellent location. Staff is a little annoying when asking you to buy drinks, but I get it… they want tips. But we purchased a kitchenette for a reason. We purchased our own items from Walmart. The only time the staff gave us a hard time is when we had cans out by the pool. As long as you mix your drinks in a To go cup…you’re good to go. Overall would visit again."
