"The room was clean, but the bed was badly stained and off putting. Overall I would say the property is in need of some TLC, but probably fair for the price that I paid."

"Property looks a bit dated but the room was well decorated and fresh and tidy.
Only a few blocks back from the Esplanade but quite a walk to central Cairns. Staff helpful and obliging."

Easy to follow instructions. Lovely location. Convenient under cover parking. Very clean accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped. I really can’t fault my experience at all. Would definitely return.

During our three week holiday in Oz we spent only one night at the Reef Palm hotel, and although it is not a "boutiqic" hotel it shone out as the best hotel in terms of: - Value for money, freindlyness and helpfulness of staff, cleanilness.
If you are looking for great ozzie value and freindlyness look no further. 10/10

A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room.
Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere.
For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us.

This was my first stay by myself and it has been nothing short of incredible. All staff are so friendly and the spa facilities are easily a 10/10. The pool area is so beautiful and it is only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reception, breakfast and room staff amazing very helpful and friendly.
Good location, very good value for money rooms showing little mould because of humidity. Shame tv doesn’t have internet to cast to but not on holiday to watch tv. Definitely recommended great value. Lovely breakfast.
