"The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. "This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

"Great location in Levico Terme, about as central as its possible to be. There's a secure car park to make life a bit easier though. Helpful staff, decent breakfast, strong wifi, plenty cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Internally, the hotel is bright, fresh and airy. What's not to like?"

"The hotel is very nice considering that it’s located in a very small town. The room was remodeled and clean. Spacious bathroom, hot shower and clean. Conveniently close to A22, near grocery store and restaurant. "

"Room for improvement as our room was very old and some furniture was broken such as the wardrobe, the bathroom was greatly outdated and the shower curtains was broken. The rooms door also had a large gap underneath it which meant we could hear everyone passing by clear as day and the view from our room was very disappointing! The only benefit was that we got checked in early but for the room we were given I was in no rush to stay in it."
