He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. Other essentials were also missing. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down side was that on arrival to the apartment it was so hot and no thermostat on the room to turn the temperature down, I asked at reception to reduce temp but still warm so slept with the windows open. All areas of this apartment were clean and staff were approachable and helpful. It is situated a short walk away from the main ski resort with loud bars which was perfect for us as it was quiet. Would definitely return to this apartment complex."
