"While this was a comfortable place to stay, because of what it was - an old gaol - it wouldn’t be for everyone. We slept in a cell which was well heated and had a comfortable bed, a toilet and hand basin. We enjoyed our stay, but don’t go there if you’re looking for luxury."

"The apartment made for a great base of operations to explore the Mt Gambier and surrounds. Most dining options for evening were within a couple of minutes walk too. Thanks again for having us, would stay again!"

"Wow, great spot, was able to walk into town centre which is handy. Clean, double garage was great for loading and unloading luggage as well as my husband had his motorbike that he wanted to lock up.. Shower was huge .. kitchen had so much available you could even bake a cake.. great storage as well. The kids loved the long driveway to ride their scooters and skateboards. Easy to find , just overall great stay.. will stay again when down that way.. felt like home away from home..also the tim tams...
