Love ambience Room service lady was awesome and i had clean sheets towels, water daily. It would be great to have papuan food on menu please. The shower curtain needs cleaning in Room 101 and fridge frosts up and leaks. These are 1st world problems..... am booked in again. 😃"

"The Highlander is a very secured hotel we felt very safe. The food they offered was very tasty. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful in taking care of our needs whether it be towels or extra dishes. Overall would recommend to anyone traveling to the area for the first time. As we did."

The staff came up with horrible excuses saying that they had fired the person in charge of online reservations. From my plane, 7 other people were in the same situation. Staff utterly unhelpful."
