"The room was clean, the room was very cute and spacious . I loved the view and the amenities. The downside was that my phone didn’t work in the room to call reception, the receptionist was rude, no one helped me with obtaining a luggage carrier. I had to go find one in the side of the building by myself. You have to go downstairs and replenish your own towels and shampoo conditioner body bar. On top of this you have to clean your own room so no room service at all. The windows are in fact not sound proof and I’m assuming the building is under construction because there was no air conditioner when I arrived and one of the elevators malfunctioned on a guest. I would recommend this place with all this in mind. My friend also stayed there and she had her share of issues with the customer service being the main problem. The room amenities and view were beautiful! But for the price I don’t know if it was worth it"
