"We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). He liked to talk a lot and normally I would have loved to speak more but I had a lot of family things to attend to so I didn't have the opportunity to relax and have a coffee and talk. The service is very poor nevertheless the staff is very friendly and they try to do the best of the situation .
